Hello, my name is Jessica Mayte Muñiz González, I am twenty three years old. I am from Ecuador and I live in a small town called "Jipijapa". I am studying tenth semester´s Dentistry at the San Gregorio University, I love it. And on Saturdays I learn intensive English with my teacher, Miss. Virginia Parra. She really teaches very well ! Too, I would like to share about I am from a family of six, my family consists; of myself, my parents and my young brothers. -"WHAT´S THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE?"

In my opinion the best way to communicate is by means of speaking one person with other face to face,  expressing what they want to say as help to learn news words .

other form is listening to music and watch movies in english, listening to the pronunciation and write down the words you don't understand.

Also by means of social networks, They allow people to communicate to distance learn their language and customs.

-SOMETHING NICE SOMEONE DID FOR YOU.

A year ago, when I was going to turn 22, I was in Portoviejo because I study and I also live in an apartment here. That day I was going to travel to my house to celebrate my birthday with my family, but I get out very late from my practical dental classes. I felt sad. But, my boyfriend, came from Jipijapa to bring me a cake, and invite me to dinner, so that I would not feel sad and I would not end my birthday alone. At the finallyment was a nice day!

                                                       RECIPE:

                   “TORTILLA DE PATATAS ESPAÑOLA”

 

 

Ø  INGREDIENTS:

 

·       2-3 tablespoons of oil.

·       3 potatoes mediums.

·       5 eggs.

·       Ham

·       Cheese

·       1 pearl onion.

·       Salt and pepper to taste.

Ø  METHOD:

 

1.          Potatoes are peeled into small dice.

2.          The onion is chopped in slice into the board.

3.          Pour the oil into the pan and wait that to warm.

4.          Pour the potatoes and onion into the pan and wait for it to Brown and fry.

5.          The eggs are whisked into a bowl.

6.          Salt and pepper are poured into the eggs and mix.

7.          Remove the mixture the potatoes and the onion of the pan and pour it in a recipient.

8.          The eggs are mixed with the potatoes and onion.

9.          First only half this mix is pour in the pan and introduce ham and cheese to taste.

10.    And then pour the other half the mix and wait for it to be done.

FOOD:

Ecuadorian gastronomy is characterized by a great variety of ingredients, dishes and ways of making these recipes.

    CHAULAFÁN: is a very complete dish whose base is rice.
There remains a plate consisting of rice, meat, vegetables, fish, eggs, soy sauce ...

 

    CEVICHE: is a very popular raw seafood dish. It has many varieties, it can be shrimp, fish, shell, squid or mixed. In addition, it contains lemon, orange, tomato sauce, tomato, onion and coriander. In the case of shrimp, they are already cooked.

 

 ENCEBOLLADO: The recipe consists of a fish (Albacora) soup that contains yucca, onion, tomato, chili and spices.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO RELAX? 

Studying dentistry is very tired, I pass most of the day at the university and I do many practics and internships. I always come home at night and what has worked for me to relax and relieve stress is taking a shower while listening to music. And then go to sleep.

Before, I thought that watching a movie would relax me but it didn't work. It kept me awake more.

On the weekends, I try to relax even more. I go to the beach, go out with my friends, or even cook some delicious food, that relaxes me a lot.

WHAT FEATURES DOES IT HAVE?

1. They are small devices.

2. They have processing power.

3. They have permanent or intermittent connection to a network.

4. They have memory (RAM)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In order to communicate and be able to make a call with a mobile phone, the first thing it does is look for the signal of the closest base station of your operator and establish a radio connection with it.

HOW IS IT USED NOW?

The mobile has become indispensable in our lives. We not only use it to receive calls but also to listen to music, surf the Internet, connect to our social networks or to take photos or videos.

A Memorable Day:

One of the best days of my life was my first airplane ride. I was going to live in Spain with my parents. I was very nervous and sad to leave my grandparents in Ecuador. But she was also excited to get to know another country, another culture and another environment. It has really been one of the best experiences of my life, even more so because now I have Spanish nationality and I can always go and return there.

THE GLOBIN:

The goblin is a mythical creature that inhabits the forests of the country. It usually rests on large rocks in rivers or on trees. He is described wearing a large hat and dark clothes.

He often falls in love with beautiful young women with long black hair. The goblin begins to follow them, throws stones or whistles at them and is very jealous.

Many stories are known about the goblin, and some are scary because they are so mysterious and terrifying.

 I would like to be a little cat, because I think they are adorable and faithful. They are also good life companions.
